Tuition Information
Registration Fee Information
There is a $5 per student registration fee to register before August 16th, a $10 per student registration fee to register before September 11th, and a $15 per student registration fee to register after classes begin. This fee pays for our music license, processing your registration, and other yearly per student fees.
Classes Outside the Family Fee
Tumbling: Our insurance requires us to pay a monthly per student fee for tumbling. Tumbling is an additional $20 per month for dancers already on the family fee.
Pilates, Callanetics, Competition Pointe, and Adult classes are an extra $10 per month for anyone who is on the family fee.
Spring Concert Ticket Information
Concert tickets will cost $11 to $13 each and will be available in April. Revenue from ticket sales pay for our concert expenses.
- Dancers who set up on our original automatic withdrawal program in Fall 2004, and have taken year round since then, will continue to receive their $5 a month discount.
- We do not give refunds for absences, concert tickets or costumes. Dancers are encouraged to make up classes. Make-ups must be done within one month of the absence.
- A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
- Tuition will be per student per hours a week. There are no refunds
- Automatic payments for tuition must be set up at registration. There are three convenient and hassle-free methods of payment.
- We will accept nine postdated checks for the 1st of each month. All nine must be turned in to register for the first class. If you withdraw early, we will give you back any uncashed checks. There are no refunds on checks already cashed.
- We can set up automatic withdrawal from your checking account for the 1st of each month.
- We can set up to charge your credit card every month. However, there will be an additional 2% charge.
- Every student receives 32 classes from September until the Spring Concert. (For more information please see the calendar.) Tuition is based on the number of classes in the school year and not based on the number of classes in one month. Therefore, tuition is the same every month.
- New: Dancers who prefer not to use auto pay will be charged an additional $10 per month.
Costume Information
Spring Concert costumes usually run between $40 and $75 and must be paid for by December to participate in the show. An October fundraiser will be offered to help pay for costumes. Costumes will require some alterations. There will be a payment plan for costumes available using postdated checks.
Withdrawing
Although we are a school year long program, you can withdraw at any time. If you withdraw, you won’t be able to register again until June and you won’t be able to participate in the Spring Concert. We must have 5 days notice or you will still be billed for the month. Dance study is a long term commitment and students are encouraged to complete the program so they can progress.
