The CVDA Performing Company is a group of dancers who compete at various competitions and perform at various venues throughout the year. This company is by invitation only. Interested families should contact the office. We have five groups that are determined in April after new member invites are mailed and returned.   2009 - 2010 Schedule (Classes start Sept 16th.) Please note that each dancer must take their appropriate level as per instructor recommendation. As a Performing Company dancer, you agree to whole heartedly participate in all requirements and activities. You also understand that you are not permitted to study at a competing studio. Performing Company dancers and parents are to discuss all goals, promotions, changes in training, and issues with the studio director before openly discussing them in the lobby or with other dancers or parents. This is to ensure that the focus is on finding a personalized solution without causing undue stress or negativity in the studio. As Performing Company families, your dancer(s) will receive more intense training, leadership and teamwork skills, performance opportunities, career counseling, and individualized conferences whenever requested or deemed necessary by an instructor. If you choose to stop being on Performing Company at any time for any reason, please understand that you will need to be evaluated in order to resume your group placement.
