 Age 4-6 Pre-Ballet
Girls: Pink leotard, pink tights, pink Ballet shoes, hair in bun or ponytail. (skirts optional)
Boys: T-shirt, black sweats or Jazz pants, black Ballet shoes.
Age 7+ Ballet
Girls Age 7+: Black leotard pink tights Pink ballet shoes. Hair in a high bun.
All Boys: Black Jazz pants or sweats. White fitted T-shirt or leotard, white athletic sock, white Ballet shoes, nude dance belt 12+ years old.
Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop
Dancewear. Jazz shoes for Jazz, tennis shoes or Hip-Hop shoes for Hip-Hop, Tap shoes for Tap.
Absolutely no jeans in any class.
Enforcement: Dancers not attired appropriately will receive a reminder call from the office. Older dancers may also be reminded in class by the instructor. If a problem persists, especially in ballet, the student will not be allowed to dance until they arrive in the correct attire with their hair up. The dance uniform is part of the disciplined structure and culture of dance and every serious studio has a strict one.
